Worked with such clients as: Anthem Blue Cross, Eaton, Pepsico and Bank of the West.
At Bank of the West I worked on overhauling the entire online payment experience, and transform a 12 year old system into a modern responsive web interface, utilizing the FINACLE product and customizing it to our needs. I was involved in creating a new design system, conducting customer interviews and user testing.
Working for Eaton I was tasked with redesigning their Connected lights software. They acquired a company called First Light Technologies and wished to modernize the interface and conform it to The Eaton brand. During that process, we conducted multiple customer interviews and user research to better understand customer needs and workflow. we then mapped out user journeys and profiles in order to suggest a better way to address the customers’ needs. we then started creating lo-fidelity screens and prototypes to test out our solutions with customers and within the organization, before creating hi-fidelity screens and user flows to deliver to the engineering team using an agile process of development.
Anthem was in the process of streamlining its Broker Portal tool. their existing system had a different look and feel between the different states they were working on and needed to be updated for responsive web standards as well as to conform to the updated Anthem style guide. working in an agile process we mapped out the various components within their legacy systems and created a single user journey that would work across the different functionalities currently performed by their users on their various legacy systems. We created a design system that adheres to the Anthem style guide and created a single responsive solution that will work across all states.
